PPGI is pre coated Galvanized Iron, also known as color coated steel plate or color galvanized steel plate. It is a pre coated galvanized steel plate with excellent corrosion resistance and decorative properties.



The manufacturing process of PPGI includes the following steps:

1. Steel plate surface treatment: Firstly, the galvanized steel plate is subjected to surface treatment, including processes such as degreasing, pickling, and phosphating, to ensure the adhesion and durability of the coating.

2. Coating application: Apply a layer of primer on the surface treated steel plate, and then apply a layer of colored paint. Coatings are usually made of polyester, silicon modified polyester, polyurethane, or polyester silicone ester, which have good weather resistance and decorative properties.

3. Curing and drying: After coating, the steel plate is cured and dried to ensure that the coating adheres firmly to the surface of the steel plate.
